Artralgin Dexa Injectable 100Ml  is a drug association between phenylbutazone (powerful non-steroidal anti-inflammatory) and dexamethasone, long-acting glucocorticoid (36-72 hours) with marked anti-inflammatory and glucocorticoid potency (six times greater than prednisone) and minimal mineralocorticoid action. The association between these two drugs is justified by the different mechanism of antinflammatory action, as well as the potentiation of their effects when given together.
