Returns & Cancellations

At Equines Vet, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the invoice date.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Sales@equinesvet.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

At Equines Vet, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, undamaged, and resellable condition, with all packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

  • Please note that vaccines, iced items, syringes, needles, and prescription medications are non‑returnable due to safety and regulatory standards.

Our goal is to make the return process clear, fair, and transparent, while maintaining the highest standards of product integrity and customer care.

Shipping Charges & Refunds

At Equines Vet, shipping charges (both initial and return) are non‑refundable, unless the return is the result of our error.

  • If your return causes the final invoice total to fall below the $79 minimum required for free shipping, standard shipping fees will be applied.

  • This ensures fairness and transparency in our shipping policy while maintaining the reliability of our delivery service.

Our goal is to provide clear guidelines so you can shop with confidence, knowing exactly how shipping and returns are handled.
